This is
Dave's 29" monster bike.
He built the frame himself. It has special tires that make the 700c wheels 29".
He built the frame to fit the wheels. & rides it mostly as his snow bike. His monster snow bike.

Sam's blue and white Raleigh travels mostly around the neighborhood.
It's seriously old school and completely adorable.
It's called "Lil' Elvis".
